Din punctul meu de vedere, mi-ar fi pl\u0103cut s\u0103 m\u0103 bucur de aceste lucruri \u0219i reguli expuse de Laszlo Bock, care a lucrat la Google (una din primele companii \u00een Top Angajatori) la departamentul Opera\u021biuni de Personal (adic\u0103 HR).<\/p>\n<p>Una din principalele reguli pe care am re\u021binut-o este aceasta: <strong>\u201d<em>Nu angaja\u021bi exclusiv pe baza inteligen\u021bei. Trebuie s\u0103 g\u0103si\u021bi persoanele cele mai bune care vor avea succes \u00een contextul organiza\u021biei voastre \u0219i care-i vor ajuta \u0219i pe ceilal\u021bi s\u0103 aib\u0103 succes<\/em>\u201d<\/strong>. De\u0219i IQ-ul nu face pe nimeni creativ sau un bun juc\u0103tor de echip\u0103, e un punct de plecare la angajare, dac\u0103 analiza\u021bi angajatul \u0219i prin prisma integr\u0103rii lui \u00een echip\u0103. Partea bun\u0103 \u00een companie a fost faptul c\u0103 au fost dispu\u0219i s\u0103 fac\u0103 a\u0219a ceva, c\u0103 au avut oameni dedica\u021bi \u0219i c\u0103 \u0219i-au sofisticat \u0219i cizelat deciziile \u0219i metodele dup\u0103 studii \u0219i experien\u021b\u0103. Oamenii pricepu\u021bi au fost atra\u0219i de organiza\u021bia Google deoarece li se oferea \u0219ansa de a schimba lumea. Google ofer\u0103 servicii la sediu care s\u0103 le fac\u0103 via\u021ba mai u\u0219oar\u0103: Bancomate, servicii de reparare a bicicletelor, servicii de sp\u0103lare a ma\u0219inilor \u0219i schimbare a uleiului, servicii de cur\u0103\u021b\u0103torie chimic\u0103, livr\u0103ri de carne \u0219i legume proaspete, t\u00e2rguri de s\u0103rb\u0103tori, saloane de estetic\u0103 \u0219i coafur\u0103, biblioteci mobile.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201d<em>Stilul implicit de conducere de la Google este unul \u00een care managerul se concentreaz\u0103 nu pe sanc\u021biuni sau recompense, ci pe rezolvarea problemelor \u0219i oferirea unor surse de inspira\u021bie pentru echip\u0103<\/em>\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Iat\u0103 doar c\u00e2teva dintre criteriile pe care le-au aplicat fondatorii Google pentru a-\u0219i recruta angaja\u021bii \u0219i pe care autorul le share-uie\u0219te cu noi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Angaja\u021bi doar oameni mai buni dec\u00e2t voi.<\/li>\n<li>Am \u00eenceput s\u0103 c\u0103ut\u0103m candida\u021bi care demonstreaz\u0103 rezisten\u021b\u0103 \u0219i abilitatea de a dep\u0103\u0219i greut\u0103\u021bile. Ce conteaz\u0103 este ce aduci \u00een firm\u0103 \u0219i cum te distingi.<\/li>\n<li>Vrem ca oamenii s\u0103 se simt\u0103, s\u0103 g\u00e2ndeasc\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 se poarte ca ni\u0219te proprietari, nu ca ni\u0219te angaja\u021bi.<\/li>\n<li>Ne-am \u00eencurajat angaja\u021bii s\u0103-\u0219i petreac\u0103 15% din timpul de lucru cu propriie lor proiecte.<\/li>\n<li>Faptul c\u0103 nu punem accentul pe cuno\u0219tin\u021be specifice \u00een cursul procesului de angajare ne las\u0103 oarecum vulnerabili.
